Shipping policy

**Preorder/Made-to-Order Shipping Policy**

Thank you for choosing to preorder or purchase made-to-order items from SwipeSociety. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. (Unless Told Differently In Item Description)

**1. Processing Time:** Preorder and made-to-order items require additional processing time before they are shipped. Our typical processing time is a minimum of 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase. This allows us to create and prepare your unique item with the utmost care and attention to detail.

**2. Shipping Method:** Once your order is ready for shipment, we will ship it using our standard shipping method, unless expedited shipping is requested and paid for separately. The shipping method will be selected based on the delivery destination and may include options such as standard shipping, express shipping, or courier services.

**3. Shipping Time:** After the processing period of a minimum of 4-6 weeks, shipping time will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

- US SHIPPING: 2-7 business days

- WORLDWIDE SHIPPING: 5-12 business days

Please note that these are estimated shipping times and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, inclement weather, or carrier issues.

**4. Tracking Information:** Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

**5. Multiple Items:** If your order includes both preorder/made-to-order items and in-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items separately using our standard shipping method. The preorder/made-to-order items will be shipped separately once they are ready.

**6. Address Verification:** Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid any delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

**7. International Shipping:** For international orders, please be aware that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
